Type Of Bond Found In Aluminum Foil
Type of bond found in aluminum foil
Since it is an aluminum foil, I can say that it is mostly made of aluminum. Aluminum in a periodic table is at the metal section and thus a metal element. Although, perhaps, there might be some elements that are not metal—could be metalloid or non-metal—thus not a pure alloy.
A bond composes of a non-metal/metalloid and a metal is called the "Ionic bond."
Therefore, the answer is ionic bond.
Further information:
There are other types of chemical bond, and those are the metallic bond (metal + metal) and covalent bond (non-metal + non-metal).
